This Cookie Policy explains how Workobi, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 8 The Green, STE D, Dover, County of Kent, Delaware 19901, U.S.A. ("Workobi", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Workobi website at https://workobi.com (the "Site"), the Workobi mobile applications, and the related online tools and dashboards (together, the "Platform").

This Cookie Policy supplements, and forms part of, the Workobi Privacy Policy available at https://workobi.com/terms/privacy-policy (the "Privacy Policy") and should be read together with it. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy or the Workobi Terms of Use.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge this Cookie Policy. Where applicable law requires your consent for the use of certain Cookies (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, and other jurisdictions), we will obtain it through a cookie banner or preference center before placing those Cookies on your device.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you visit. They allow the site to recognize your device and to remember information about your visit — such as your language preference, your login state, the pages you visited, and which features you used.

In this Cookie Policy, "Cookies" includes traditional browser cookies as well as similar tracking technologies, such as:

• Local storage and session storage (data stored in your browser);

• Web beacons, pixels, and clear GIFs (tiny images embedded in pages or emails);

• Software Development Kits (SDKs) in our mobile apps;

2. How We Classify Cookies

2.1 By Origin

2.2 By Duration

• Persistent Cookies — remain on your device for a set period of time, or until you delete them manually.

2.3 By Purpose

We use Cookies for five purposes. The table below summarizes each category; detailed lists of specific Cookies appear in Section 3.

3. Specific Cookies We Use

The tables below list representative Cookies in each category. The exact set of Cookies on your device may vary depending on which features you use, your location, and your consent choices. For the most up-to-date list, please visit the "Cookie Preferences" link in our Site footer.

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These Cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our preference center. They are usually only set in response to actions you take (such as logging in or filling out forms). Blocking them through your browser may break parts of the Platform.

3.2 Functional Cookies

These Cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferred language or recently viewed Listings. If you do not allow them, some features may not work as expected.

3.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies

These Cookies help us understand how Users interact with the Platform — which pages are most visited, where errors occur, and how features perform — so that we can improve the Platform. The information collected is generally aggregated and pseudonymous.

3.4 Advertising and Targeting Cookies

These Cookies (mostly third-party) are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you, to measure ad campaign performance, and to limit how often you see the same ad. They build profiles of your interests based on your activity on the Platform and elsewhere.

3.5 Social Media Cookies

If you choose to interact with social media features on the Platform (such as a "Share" button, a social-login option, or an embedded social-media post), the relevant social network may place Cookies on your device. These Cookies are governed by the privacy policies of the respective social networks, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

4. Legal Basis for Using Cookies

Where required by law, we place non-essential Cookies on your device only with your prior consent, which you may give or refuse through our cookie banner or preference center on your first visit. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 5.

Strictly Necessary Cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and maintaining the Platform — and, where applicable, on the "strictly necessary" exemption under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended) and similar provisions.

For consent-based Cookies, our legal basis is your consent under (a) Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and the relevant national implementations of the ePrivacy Directive in the EEA; (b) the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 in the UK; (c) Article 5 of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") together with the relevant decisions of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority; (d) the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"); and (e) other applicable laws.

5. How to Manage Your Cookie Choices

5.1 Workobi Cookie Preference Center

You can review and change your Cookie choices at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of our Site, or by clicking the cookie icon that appears in the lower corner of the page. Your choices will be saved on your device for approximately 12 months (or until you delete the consent cookie or change your preferences).

Note: if you change devices, change browsers, browse in private/incognito mode, or clear your cookies, your preferences will reset, and you may be asked to set them again.

5.2 Browser Controls

Most browsers let you control or block Cookies through their settings. Below are links to the cookie-management pages of the major browsers:

Please remember that blocking all Cookies — including Strictly Necessary Cookies — will prevent the Platform from functioning correctly. We recommend using our preference center for fine-grained control instead.

5.3 Mobile Device Controls

Mobile operating systems provide controls for advertising identifiers and tracking permissions:

• iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (App Tracking Transparency) and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

• Android — Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).

5.4 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where required by applicable law (including in California and certain other U.S. states), we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal to our Site, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the "sale" and "sharing" of personal information through advertising Cookies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Cross-Device and Cross-Context Tracking

Some of our advertising and analytics partners may use Cookies and other technologies to link the activity of multiple devices and browsers to the same person (for example, to recognize that you visited our Site from a laptop and later opened our app on a phone). This helps us understand campaign reach and frequency. We engage in cross-device tracking only where permitted by law and, where applicable, only with your consent. You may opt out of cross-device tracking using the tools described in Section 5.

7. International Transfers

Many of our Cookie partners are located in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. When Cookies result in the transfer of personal information internationally, we apply the safeguards described in Section 6 (International Data Transfers) of the Privacy Policy, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, and similar mechanisms.

8. How Long Cookies Last

The duration of each Cookie is set out in the tables in Section 3. As a general rule:

• Session Cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser.

• Persistent Cookies remain on your device for the period stated, or until you delete them through your browser settings or our preference center.

• Consent records (the record of your cookie choices) are typically retained for approximately 12 months, after which we ask again.

9. Children

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly use Cookies to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 18 has provided personal information to us through Cookies or otherwise, please contact [email protected].

10. Region-Specific Information

10.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

We rely on your prior, informed, freely given, specific, and unambiguous consent for all non-essential Cookies. You may give or refuse consent through our cookie banner, and you may change your choices at any time through the preference center. Refusing consent does not affect your ability to use the basic functions of the Platform but may limit some features.

You have all the data-subject rights described in the Privacy Policy with respect to information collected through Cookies, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10.2 Türkiye (KVKK)

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority's ("Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu") guidance on cookie practices, non-essential Cookies are placed only with your explicit consent (açık rıza). Strictly Necessary Cookies may be placed on the basis of contractual necessity or our legitimate interest, where this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. 10.3 California and Other U.S. States

Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar U.S. state laws, certain disclosures of personal information to advertising and analytics partners through Cookies may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our Site footer. 11. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top and post the updated version on the Site. If the changes are material, we will provide notice through the Platform or by email (where you have provided one), and where required by law, we will seek your renewed consent for non-essential Cookies.
